This site is on the side of a hill with very steep slopes. In order to provide parking, the site had to be stepped down from the units to the parking area below.

CDDI generated a preliminary plan and a detailed site plan to take best advantage of the steep slopes of the site. Plans for a sewer and water extension were also prepared. In addition, plans to address tree conservation issues, and plans for a community tot-lot were completed.
