CDDI performed boundary, topographic, planimetric (permanent physical improvements), utility (visible at surface), and control survey locations. The sanitary gravity flow and storm sewers were also obtained.

The survey drawings were presented in a horizontal scale with one foot contour interval. Horizontal datum was presented in AutoCAD Release 2000. CDDI performed extensive record and utility research and provided ‘baseline’ boundary survey.

CDDI also performed several mapping services including topographic and tree location services and a design as-built survey. The miscellaneous work CDDI performed were test stakeouts, easement preparation, location of wetlands and specimen trees, soil borings and additional topography outside the property, as required.
