The development of this site included the Church Building with a seating capacity of 3,000 people, a parking lot providing a total of 1,500 parking spaces and the construction of an acceleration/ deceleration lane. Additionally, a large Storm Water Management pond was designed for the site. A private school was added to the plan later in the project development phase.
