This was an existing church with longstanding ties to the community. Their ambition was to develop a plan to include an indoor pool, gymnasium, meeting rooms, and exercise equipment inside a recreation center on the grounds.

CDDI developed, in conjunction with church officers and the architect, a master plan for this site. Extensive parking was proposed along with off site sewer. A daycare facility was also included in the plans. CDDI also performed all surveying services including a boundary and topographic survey and the production of a record plat.
